A careful growing and harvesting process: From the seeding, the coffee plantations are surrounded by other plants like bananas and tropical fruits that provide shade and maintain a stable ecosystem. Similarly, the coffee is hand- picked which is key for an accurate selection between immature beans, ripe beans, or overripe beans.
