Coffee Grower with Tradition

Located in the village of San Rafael, at Finca Bellavista, Albeiro Ramírez has been growing coffee with passion and expertise for over 35 years. At an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level, his farm is home to 25,000 coffee trees of the Caturra and Castillo varieties, carefully cultivated to produce high-quality beans.
Harvesting takes place every 20 days, with selective hand-picking of cherries at peak ripeness. The coffee then undergoes 18 hours of fermentation, followed by sun drying, which helps preserve the unique flavors and aromas of the region.
Albeiro is a true steward of coffee-growing knowledge, blending tradition with sustainable practices that reflect his dedication to quality and deep respect for the land.
