Jair Jaramillo has been a coffee producer for more than 40 years. During all this time, he’s had different roles, from picker, processor and farm manager at several farms. Eight years ago, Jair decided that it was time for him to acquire a farm of his own, so he bought the “Bellavista” farm, which stands for “beautiful view” and has an extension of around 6 hectares and 30.000 coffee plants. With the vast experience Jair has gained working in coffee farms throughout his life, he implements different techniques to process his coffees, commencing for a strict selection of ripe cherries and carrying fermentations that vary from 24 to 72 hours before washing the coffee in order to enhance its best attributes.
