Noralba Benítez is a distinguished Colombian coffee producer, widely recognized for her strong commitment to excellence. Between 2021 and 2023, she earned major local and national awards, establishing herself as a benchmark of quality in the specialty coffee sector.
She cultivates the Castillo variety at 1,650 meters above sea level, in the El Jazmín village, on her farm El Naranjo. Noralba carefully manages every stage of the post-harvest process, including rigorous cherry selection and controlled fermentations in sealed tanks, lasting between 24 and 36 hours, which enhance the aromatic complexity and consistency of her coffees.
Her dedication not only reflects her mastery but also raises the standards of Colombian coffee on the international stage.
